Worrying, it seems we all do it. My mother is a professional worrier; she worries when there isn’t even anything to worry about. But the fact of the matter is, it can reach a point where it becomes crippling anxiety and stops you from doing the things you enjoy or wish to do.
And that is when worry has gone a step too far.
It’s human nature to worry because deep down we all have fears and concerns about the future or how our aspirations might turn out. It’s the unknown that starts the worry.
